How should I store herbal powders and serums?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our facewash powder contains no synthetic preservatives, make sure to use a dry spoon or dry hands so water doesn’t enter the container.

Can I use Divine Kumkumadi Oil if I have oily or acne-prone skin?

Yes. Classical Kumkumadi oil is lightweight and non-comedogenic when used properly. Simply press 2–3 drops onto damp skin at night. If you have active breakouts, pair it with our targeted Antiacne Serum for best results.

How do I use the Facewash Powder without drying my skin?

Take half a teaspoon of powder in your palm, mix with a few drops of water or pure rosewater to create a gentle paste, and massage onto damp skin in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water. Because it does not contain artificial foaming agents, it cleanses pores while keeping your natural lipid barrier intact.

How do the natural perfumes differ from alcohol-based sprays?

Our artisanal perfumes—such as Chamaka, Rose, and Jasmine—are concentrated botanical formulations crafted without denatured alcohol, synthetic fixatives, or phthalates. Instead of a sharp initial chemical blast, they evolve subtly with your body heat, staying close to your skin and pulse points throughout the day.

How often should I use the Hair Butter and Hair Pack?

Use the Hair Butter 2 to 3 times a week by warming a pea-sized amount between your palms and smoothing it over mid-lengths and dry ends. For the Hair Pack, apply generously from roots to ends once a week as a deep conditioning ritual, leave on for 30–45 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with a gentle botanical cleanser.
